LD is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Laura built her career as a Sales and Event Manager. Her strengths lie in building lasting client relationships, staying exceptionally organized, and delivering memorable experiences with care and professionalism.

Today, Laura brings that same warmth and attention to detail to her role as the Director of First Impressions at Strategies, where she ensures every client and guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Originally from FL, Laura now resides in Shelton, Connecticut, with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys planning playdates for her energetic 3-year-old daughter, Arlo, and finding joy in the little moments of motherhood.
